SummaryStudents work on self-selected and generated projects, which offer the opportunity to undertake a wide-ranging and in-depth practical and theoretical investigation into their chosen discipline.

This course aims to:

1 Enable students to propose, justify and undertake a personal study plan with clearly defined critical aims, objectives and methods
2 Enable students to develop a sophisticated body of research material and evidence of practical exploration that communicates a progression of ideas and a critical awareness of contemporary practice and theory
3 Develop and consolidate students critical analysis and reflective appraisal of personal research themes
