Summary | This course is concerned with familiarising the student with a wide variety of registers and many of the complex grammatical structures of Portuguese. One hour per week will be based on written language and one hour per week on spoken language. Teaching will be based on a booklet of materials containing a range of texts. In conjunction with the prepared written materials, students are expected to read and prepare in advance of each class and make us of the Languages and humanities Centre for audio-visual practice. |
