SummaryThe course will focus on the range and development of Scandinavian children's literature 1945-2000, examining a wide selection of primary texts. A variety of theoretical issues and critical approaches relevant to the study of children's literature will be covered. The interaction and fluid boundaries between children's and adult literature will form an additional focus.
