SummaryThis course aims to ensure that the candidate is able to assess, understand and manage Medical Emergencies in Children, including those caused by disorders of the Respiratory, Neurolgical, Endocrine, Cardiac, Gastrointestinal, Renal and Haematological systems, and in the child with cancer.

Learning Outcomes
At the completion of the course the candidate should be able to diagnose and manage children Medical Emergencies including respiratory, neurological, endocrine, metabolic, cardiac, gastrointestinal, renal, haematological and oncological emergencies, and have an understanding of the pathophysically involved.
