Summary | The course is concerned with theories and problems of justice, the right and the good in relation to law. The course will consist of three elements (any two of which may be stressed in a given year); the nature of moral values and their relevance to law (whether providing an intrinsic element of law, or a critical standard for its appraisal); theories of justice with special reference to legal problems; ethics in the legal process. |
