Summary | This course seeks to build upon prior knowledge of EU law acquired through undergraduate study by engaging intellectually with problems at the cutting-edge of EU legal practice and policy-making. The course seeks also to harness in a more structured way the unique perspective offered by our very rich but thus far ad hoc programme of Europa Institute speakers and external teachers. As most of the students taking the LLM in European Law have studied the subject to a very advanced level in their home states, this course enables them to explore very current, more specialised topics that are not otherwise covered in the core teaching programme.
