SummaryThis course offers an introduction to central issues in contemporary epistemology, building on material introduced at sub-Honours level. We will examine questions about the nature, scope, and value of knowledge by critically considering arguments for and against epistemological views such as scepticism, foundationalism and coherentism, internalism and externalism, and others.
