Year 1, Academic year 2014/15, Starting month: September
Notes: To achieve the MSc in Global Challenges you must complete 3 out of the 4 Postgraduate Certificates (PG Certs) shown below. These are represented by 4 separate collections of courses. The PG Certs can be studied in any order, but you must fully complete one before moving onto another. Each PG Cert is worth 60 credits (you need 180 to achieve the MSc). When studying on a part time intermittent basis, you will normally complete 1 PG Cert every 2 years and subsequently complete the MSc within 6 years (however, you are able to complete the MSc within 3 years if you choose to study at a faster pace). Please note, you can take EITHER the PG Cert in Global Development Challenges OR the PG Cert in Africa and International Development as part of the MSc, BUT NOT BOTH.
