Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:

Comment intelligently on the historical and theological significance of some of the most influential early Christian writings;
Analyse and criticise key primary source materials;
Engage in close reading of texts;
Display enhanced skills of oral and literary communication.
Demonstrate an ability to identify key terms and their meanings;
Demonstrate good judgement about how to judge the relative importance of items on course bibliographies.
