Degree Programme Table: Biblical Studies (MTh) (Full-time) (PTMTHBIBST1F)

Year 1, Academic year 2015/16, Starting month: September

  • Notes: Students take a total of 180 credits, comprising 120 credits of taught courses (this must include 40 credits of biblical language courses) and the dissertation of 60 credits.

    Students whose previous studies have not prepared them for study of Greek or Hebrew at postgraduate level may take a language course listed within the undergraduate course offerings at Level 10 towards fulfilment of the core requirement in biblical languages. In addition students with only one biblical language may take an introductory course (Level 8, 20 credits) in biblical Hebrew or New Testament Greek, as may be appropriate, towards the core requirement.

    All course choices are subject to the approval of the Programme Director.
