SummaryIn this course, we critically examine the main ideas and arguments John Rawls' classic book, 'A Theory of Justice'
Course description We will critically examine the main ideas and arguments John Rawls' classic book, *A Theory of Justice* in some depth, and also look at how Rawls' views developed since the writing of that book, culminating in his more recent *Political Liberalism*, which we shall also examine in some depth. In association with each of these texts we will look at a variety of relevant secondary literature.
