SummaryThe course will use the Inspiring Learning framework developed by the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council to explore science exhibits in museums and science centres and to develop confidence in the process of conception, design, delivery and ongoing evaluation of a science based exhibit.

On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. Demonstrate ability in the use of Generic and Social Learning Outcomes in the context of quality enhancement of science exhibits.
  2. Demonstrate ability to design a process for the development and evaluation of a science exhibit.
  3. Demonstrate ability to successfully 'pitch' a proposal.
