Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. understand the underlying theoretical principles of at least two local research projects
  2. explain how research questions have influenced the methodologies that were chosen to explore the hypotheses under exploration
  3. to show how choice and use of methodology is influenced by the particular subject matter
  4. to examine how contextual factors affect collection and meaning of evidence
  5. discuss current research issues with experts in the area
