On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. ¿ To be able to confidently upload and manipulate data sets into R
  2. ¿ To understand the concepts of data structures, functions and transforming data
  3. ¿ To generate simple graphical output from R, and to format such output for publication
  4. ¿ To become aware of the capabilities of a range of important R packages for epidemiology
  5. ¿ To be able to generate graphical summaries of spatial data perform basic analyses
