Year 2 Academic year: 2017/18, Starting in: August

Notes:
Students who have passed courses to the required value of 240 credits, and achieved marks of 50% or more at the first attempt in all required second-year courses for their registered degree, are automatically entitled to progress to honours. Students who are planning on spending their Junior Year Abroad must successfully progress to honours before they can proceed on their exchange.

Students intending to transfer to single honours Politics must take Introduction to Political Data Analysis.

Year 3 Academic year: 2017/18, Starting in: August

Notes:

If considering taking the DISSERTATION IN SOCIAL ANTHROPOLOGY, students must also take IMAGINING ANTHROPOLOGICAL RESEARCH (zero credits).
If considering taking the Politics dissertation, students are strongly recommended to take RESEARCH DESIGN IN POLITICS & IR.

Students taking the DISSERTATION IN SOCIAL ANTHROPOLOGY are expected to use the summer vacation of their third year on research for their Dissertation.
