On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- complete an extended piece of original research in the history and theory of architecture.
- learn to use research resources effectively.
- learn how to devise and articulate a coherent research methodology.
- consolidate skills in academic writing, from the construction of an argument to the proper observance of the convensions of scholarly writing.
