SummaryThe course provides opportunities to discuss and critically analyse high-profile contemporary issues in the Medical Sciences. It consists of a series of lectures, seminars and tutorials that aim to address key areas of the medical sciences by focussing on the scientific basis of important and recent medical advances while placing them in the context of their value for improving health and healthcare.
