Course description This course will cover the rights, roles and responsibilities of the various stakeholders (farmers, governments, public, and veterinarians) in disease surveillance and control. The course will describe stakeholder interactions in relation to the spend of public monies in support of private business and thus the potential for conflicts between stakeholders
