Entry into the third year normally requires:
(i) passes in 240 credits of courses taken in the first two years,
(ii) passes at 50% or above, at first attempt, in Greek 2A and Greek 2B, or Greek Language 2a Ex-Beginners and Greek 2B, and
(iii) an average mark of 50% or above, at first attempt, across LEL2A: Linguistic Theory and the Structure of English, and either LEL2D: Cross-linguistic Variation: Limits and Theories or LEL2E: Structure and History of European Languages.
Entry to honours in Classics remains at the discretion of the Head of Classics in the light of performance across all courses.

The credits for your courses should total 120 in each year.
