Entry into the third year normally requires:
(i) passes in 240 credits of courses taken in the first two years,
(ii) a mark of 50% or above, at first attempt, in Ancient History 2a and in Classical Literature 2, and
(iii) a further 40 credits, at first attempt, of second level Classics courses.
Entry to honours in Classics remains at the discretion of the Head of Classics in the light of performance across all courses.
The courses chosen in Years 1 and 2 will determine a student's course choices at Honours level.
During Induction Week, please contact a Student Support Officer to confirm your attendance.
The credits for your courses should total 120 in each year.
