Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Study a range of subject areas relating to modern and pre-modern China
- Develop critical analytical skills through close reading of selected textual material
- Develop the ability to conduct independent research
- Develop an understanding of how to use primary and secondary sources.
- Acquire an understanding of the level of work they will be expected to produce in the final year of their degree.
