Learning Outcomes
Gaelic 1A (Visiting Undergraduates) aims to give students with no previous knowledge of Scottish Gaelic a basic grounding in written and spoken Modern Scottish Gaelic by combining an active use of the language with an intellectual understanding of grammatical structure. By the end of the course, students may expect to have gained a basic reading and writing knowledge of Scottish Gaelic and also to be able to participate in simple conversations.
