 1) Critically reflect upon day-to-day medical and surgical practice in the context of recent advances/published findings.
2) Review the general principles of clinical study design, statistics, and critically evaluate the scientific literature in medical and surgical research.3) Lead online journal clubs and engage in critical dialogue with peers and experts in other subspecialties.4) Deal with complex ethical and professional issues.5) Make informed judgements on new and emerging issues in ophthalmology. |
