On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. Plan over the short term the approaches and methodology necessary to reach a short term project goal.
  2. Describe the nature of the approaches you have used.
  3. Criticise the quality of approaches taken and conclusions reached.
  4. Produce a high quality scientific report of the work you have done in a manner suitable for publication, and discuss the quality and significance of your approaches and conclusions.
