The part-time route of the Criminology LLM is that you must take 80 credits in the first year, then a further 40 credits in year 2 plus the dissertation. All credits must be spread equally across the semesters.
Thus, in year one, you can only take ONE elective course in S2 as you must take Theoretical Criminology (20 credits) and Criminological Research Methods (40 credits). In year 2, you have the choice of Criminal Justice and Penal Process OR Global Crime and Insecurity plus one other course in S2. All course choices must be made in discussion with the programme director.
