Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. Understand the epidemiology of oral disease
  2. Discuss the prevalence, risk factors, diagnosis and management of oral disease
  3. Identify the different methods available for the diagnosis of oral disease and evaluate them
  4. Demonstrate the ability to carry out a thorough history and examination
  5. Describe the assessment of dental emergency and achieve an accurate diagnosis
