SummaryUpon completion of this individually negotiated work based module, participants will be required to demonstrate that they are able to:

- engage in critical discussion of the nature of a
particular aspect of their own professional actions with
explicit reference to professional
- understanding, professional values and to the relationship
between enquiry, relevant theory, research and
professional practice.
- analyse and evaluate the impact of an initiative, in
which they have played a significant part.
- review critically this professional experience, including
consideration of influence on own and others' professional
understanding and of impact on learners and learning.
