Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Review the pathophysiology of musculoskeletal disorders affecting the spine
- knowledge of anatomy of the spine
- Critically appraise the procedures employed in diagnosis and management of spine disorders including operative and non-operative methods
- knowledge of the assessment of a patient after failed spinal surgery
- Apply a constant and integrated approach to critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas, information and issues.
