SummaryCourse description:- To develop practical knowledge of specialist areas of legal practice and skills, with 3 modules chosen from the following list (not all of which will be offered every year):-

¿ Environmental Law/Renewable Energy

Course description Classwork - 100% if individual pass standard of 60% is achieved in various modules.
Failure to achieve this - Examination - 100%.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course students should be able to:- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of the chosen subject area and be able to carry out the transactional elements of work in that area at the level of a first day trainee. This will incorporate as appropriate skills in writing and drafting, communication, advocacy, professional relationships, research and preparation.
