SummaryBasic understanding of the diseases affecting the macula and retinal structures.
Course description On completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1)Differentiate sight threatening macular disease from asymptomatic macular pathology and normal ageing processes.
2)Demonstrate understanding of accurate assessment of macula with Volk lens, Amsler and OCT.
