SummaryA Masters research project will be undertaken to further develop students' critical abilities and underpin ophthalmic knowledge in their chosen subspecialty topic.
Course description On completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1) Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of chosen ophthalmic subspecialty.
2) Identify, conceptualise and offer original and creative insights into novel information and/or recently published data.
3) Produce a written critique of a defined piece of research.
4) Demonstrate originality and creativity in the development and application of new knowledge, understanding and practices.
