Summary | This course considers the science that underpins the commercial incubation of poultry eggs and the application of that science to maximise hatchling quality. The course will provide background knowledge and enable the critical evaluation of incubation processes. |

Week 4: Egg quality and chick quality
Week 5: Best commercial practice, calculating hatchability.
