Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- A critical understanding of the unique potential of museums in science communication.
- Ability to critically analyse and identify the characteristics of a successful exhibition.
- A critical understanding of the theory of generic and social learning outcomes and ability to apply them in practice in the context of quality enhancement of science exhibits.
- Ability to apply theoretical understanding in a practice based context to prepare and present a proposal for a temporary exhibition.
