| Course description |
The course begins with an explanation of research proposals and structures and particularly engages with preparing students for the MSc in Film Studies Dissertation. Students will prepare presentations on their proposed areas of research and will also produce a formal written proposal for their dissertation.

Students are required to formulate and present a summary of research issues on an area of Film Studies relevant to their research.
