Course description |
This course is designed to ensure that the students have an understanding of the structure of the National Health Service, and understand the principles of management and administration. It will look into the structure and function of the clinical teams that make up the NHS. There will be emphasis on good communication skills between all members of the team, including the patient. The policies of consent and confidentiality & equality and diversity will be scrutinised.
