| Course description | Review the pathophysiology of benign and malignant endocrine diseases; Deduce the surgical management of disorders of the endocrine system and critically appraise the procedures employed in the investigation and management of endocrine disease; Apply a constant and integrated approach to critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas, information and issues; Exercise a high level of autonomy and initiative in professional activities at a level of independent surgical practice. |
