Learning Outcomes
At completion of this course the candidate should understand the anatomy, physiology, pathological and pharmcalogical processes that are important for the acutely ill or injured child in pain. The student should have an understanding of the principles of child protection, and the legal aspects of caring for the sick or injured child.
