On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
  1. Demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of the biology of cancer.
  2. Demonstrate a critical understanding of the theoretical concepts and principles in cancer care
  3. Critically identify, define, conceptualise and analyse complex/professional level problems and issues
  4. Explore and appraise the value of health awareness, prevention and diagnostic screening
  5. Demonstrate knowledge of different forms of treatment, interventions and support
