Summary | This course builds on the previous courses on professionalism, and is an examination of the management of health care through the mechanisms of clinical governance, professional regulation and quality and safety standards. The course addresses, in greater depth, professions working in teams within complex organisations with emphasis on the importance of the leadership role in achieving high quality care in a variety of organisational settings. |

On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
