SummaryThe dissertation is to include two components:
- a 12000 word report which represents a substantive piece of research conducted as commissioned by the host organization; property rights will be agreed with the host organization prior to the start of the placement.
- a 3000 word project diary, to be delivered in the form of fortnightly progress reports to the Programme Director and the supervisor within the host organization;

The dissertation will be assessed based on the SSPS marking descriptors and the submission deadline would be the same as for classic dissertations.

On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
