On completion of this course, the student will be able to: Traumatic disorders including skin and soft tissue injuries, fractures and dislocations of patella, tibia and femoral components, ligament ruptures and internal derangement of the knee. Conservative and surgical indications and detailed methods of treatment, Apply a constant and integrated approach to critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas, information and issues, Outcomes of conservative and operative management, An appreciation of medical and surgical techniques available to repair and replace articular cartilage.
