It is a companion course to Biblical Hebrew Texts A and may be taken either in isolation or along with that course for students, who want to build a focus in He-brew Bible.

Syllabus/Outline Content:
The course has two aims: First of all, it focuses on enhancing primary-text language skills for Honours students and on introducing them to historical-critical exegesis, while, secondly, it gives an introduction to key texts from different parts of the Hebrew Bible.

Student Learning Experience Information:
The first session gives an introduction into the chosen parts of the Hebrew Bible.
