SummaryTissue and Cancer Stem Cells will cover the topic of how stem cells build and maintain organs in healthy organisms, focussing on well-studied paradigmatic systems and how aberrant stem cell-like cells behave in neoplasia.
Course description Tissue and Cancer Stem Cells aims to give students an up to date exposure to developments in understanding how stem cells are deployed to create and maintain tissues and organs and how these processes can be subverted in cancer.
