Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Gather, interpret and discuss previous scientific research and generate a reference list using reference database software
- Gain further knowledge about experimental design and carry out data collection and statistical analysis.
- Gain project related skills: working in a new team, planning, Health and Safety, ethical review, organisation and timekeeping.
- Present results, interpret results in a scientific context, and discuss implications of results for animal behaviour and welfare.
- Gain knowledge about scientific writing and presentation through practical application of these skills.
