Year Abroad Pathway MA Hons Architecture: Alternatively, with the agreement of the Programme Director, students can opt to take a year abroad (exchange) in year 3, which must include partner institution equivalent 40 credits of Architectural Design Studio. The required set of courses taken in Year 4 are outlined in the degree programme specification.
Semester Abroad Pathway MA Hons Architecture (from 2020/21): Alternatively, with the agreement of the Programme Director, students can opt to take their second semester abroad (exchange) in year 3. The required set of courses taken in Year 4 are outlined in the degree programme specification.
Students must note that in Honours Years 3 and 4, resits are not permitted.

Students must note that in Honours Years 3 and 4, resits are not permitted; the only exception is Academic Portfolio: Part 1 (ARCH10005) which serves as a summative assessment of the attainment of ARB/RIBA Part One criteria. Students must pass each of the Learning Outcomes in this course to pass the course, and are permitted a maximum of two assessment attempts on approval of the exam board.
