Your attendance will be confirmed at your first cohort meeting of the semester in week 2. Details of these meetings will be sent to you by email. You are expected to attend cohort meetings, and should let your Student Adviser know if you must be absent.

If transferring to single honours Politics, students must pass at 50% or above, achieved at the first attempt, the compulsory course Introduction to Political Data Analysis.

Year 3 Academic year: 2024/25, Starting in: August

Notes:
Entry into Honours normally requires
(i) passes in 240 credits of courses taken in the first two years,
(ii) passes at 50% or above, achieved at the first attempt, in 40 credits of second year History courses, this can include 'The Transformation of the Roman World' (Please note, this does not include ECSH courses listed in the 'Outside course' collection)
(iii) passes at 50% or above, achieved at the first attempt, in the compulsory second year Politics course.

If considering taking the Politics dissertation in Year 4 students are strongly recommended to take 'Research Design in Politics and International Relations'.
