Course description |
Key transferable skills are critical for effective performance. You will be encouraged to search for information regarding the ethics and professional standards necessary in strength and conditioning (and in the specific area of strength and conditioning in which you wish to develop a career) and to consider approaches to professional practice. Once this information has been located, you will be required to analyse the skills and competencies required to operate successfully in your chosen career destination, evaluate your current level of proficiency in these areas, and to plan your own continuing professional development.
