The PG Certificate in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) can be completed over a period of eighteen months to three years. The PG Certificate comprises three courses. Students must take at least one 20-credit course per year. FASD courses should be studied in the following order:
CLPS11098 Understanding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD): Context, Contributors, and Clinical Presentation (Semester 1 September start)
CLPS11096 The Assessment and Diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (Semester 2 January start)
CLPS11105 Advanced Practice in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) (Online) (Semester 1 September start)
All three courses must be successfully completed to be eligible for the PG Certificate. If you wish to take individual courses as CPD, please note that CLPS11096 The Assessment and Diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder must be completed before you can progress to CLPS11105 Advanced Practice in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.
