Graduates in Chinese and Russian Studies can use their language skills to work as translators, interpreters or teachers. There are also opportunities to continue studying and some scholarships are available for masters and PhD programmes in Chinese and Russian Studies. There are a variety of opportunities for Russian-speaking graduates within Russia, the UK and other European countries. Russian is becoming an increasingly important language for international business, journalism and law as Russia begins to work more closely with Europe and the US. Most previous graduates use their language skills in their chosen career. |
