Learning Outcomes
On completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- have acquired an appreciation of the place, policy and objectives of the regulation of competition;
- demonstrate a detailed understanding of the relevant rules of EU law, their application, and the role competition regulation plays in the wider purpose of the Union;
- analyse the interactions between competition law and others area of the law, e.g. Intellectual property law;
- discuss the impact of the competition rules on digital markets.
